General Practice
GP surgeries are usually the first contact if you have a health problem. They can treat many conditions and give health advice. They can also refer you to other NHS services. Find out more about how to find and register with a GP here.
Dentists
There is no need to register with a dentist in the same way as with a GP because you are not bound to a catchment area. Dental surgeries will not always have the capacity to take on new NHS patients. You may have to join a waiting list, look for a different dentist who is taking on new NHS patients, or be seen privately.

Some people are entitled to free treatment at an NHS dentist. Find out more here.
Mental Health
When you're living with a mental health problem, or supporting someone who is, having access to the right information is vital. There are many organisations in the UK providing support for those in need. More information can be found through St Albans and District Citizens Advice.
There is also a self-referral service through Hertfordshire NHS.
Hong Kong Well UK is serving the mental wellbeing/health of children and teenagers newly migrated to the UK from Hong Kong.
