Who are we?
Citizens Advice St Albans District is made up of 25 part-time paid staff and 100 volunteers and is a registered charity and member of the Citizens Advice Service.
Our team of volunteers come from a wide background of professions with a variety of skills and knowledge, all here to provide you with free, independent, confidential and impartial advice to everyone on their rights and responsibilities.
We value diversity, promote equality and challenge discrimination and as part of what we do, we aim to provide advice people need for the problems they face and continue to work to improve policies and practices that affect people's lives.
We can work with you to sort out any debt worries and help you claim the benefits you may be entitled to. We can help with housing and employment problems, or deal with queries about consumer or tax issues. We can advise on family and personal matters too.
