Fixed-term 12 month contract


A rare and exciting opportunity to join a well-known local charity making a huge impact improving the lives of people living and working in the St Albans district.  Based in the Civic Centre, St Albans, the role is to assist the Office Manager in the smooth running of the office.  The post holder will be highly organized with strong administration skills, excellent customer service and enjoy working as part of a team. There will be opportunities to use your IT skills to help us take advantage of the latest technology.


The post would suit a ‘parent returner’ with hours to fit around the school day, however it is not a term time only role.


15 hours per week (5hrs per day, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday)

12 months fixed term contract. 3-month probation period.

Salary: £7,698.60 (actual salary).

Statutory annual leave plus national bank holidays, calculated pro-rata for part time employees.

Up to 6% matched pension contributions.
